Alison Timlin is a born and raised Ottawa girl who excelled as a junior golfer. Following a very successful junior competitive career, she earned a rare full athletic scholarship to Fresno State University in California where, once again, she excelled as a player and teammate. Alison graduated with a Cum Laude degree in Business Administration then moved onto a professional playing career before returning to her roots here in Ottawa.
Alison has a deep understanding of the golf swing thanks to her athleticism, ball striking and a 5 year coaching relationship with Kevin right here at the Golf Centre.
After many years of travel and long practice sessions, Alison has decided to spend some of her time teaching and growing the game she loves.
This will be Alison’s fourth full season as a full time member of our teaching staff but her talent and playing experiences already make her one of the most knowledgeable teaching pros in the area.
Alison is passionate about working with junior golfer and really excells working with golfers through our season long coaching plans. She leads our Ladies Club, our Give Golf A Try Ladies Clinics and our Women’s Golf Day Workshops. Alison is a staff PGA Pro with CobraPuma Golf and a certified TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) instructor.
