Customer Service Representative

 The Kevin Haime Golf Centre is a world-class golf facility providing excellent practice facilities and a full golf school program.

The Kevin Haime Golf Centre is looking to add a full-time and part-time seasonal customer service representatives to our team to help us provide exceptional customer service to our clientele. The ideal candidate must be energetic and passionate about working in a small business environment.

Job Responsibilities

Manage customer service area – serving customers, working with staff, resolving customer issues, balancing daily sales and totals

  • Handle incoming customer calls – relay appropriate information, schedule lessons, follow-up

  • Promote sales and services – provide customers with information on products, memberships, specials, promotions and booking procedures to enhance customer visit satisfaction

  • Work closely with ownership to create a dynamic, friendly environment for staff and customers

  • Routine cleaning of facility

  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure

  • Manage and direct Teeline – clean hitting stations, refill golf balls, assign hitting stations to arriving customers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience in either a retail or customer service setting including cashier experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Comfortable with customer database management programs

  • Good organizational skills

  • Enjoys working with people in a friendly, fast paced and active environment

  • Golf knowledge an asset

Work Schedule

  • Position starts as soon as April 1st

  • Positions starting at $16/hour

  • 35 - 40 hours per week (full time)

  • 15 -25 hours per week (part time)

  • Must be available evenings, holidays and weekends
